Ward was born in MonroeLouisianaon April 15,1976. She was a student at a private Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. For her secondary education, Ward began at Ouachita High School. She then transferred to River Oaks High School during the summer right after her Junior year. Following her graduation, she was a student at Northeast Louisiana University. Ward left her high school at thirteen years old and began modeling. She attempted acting a few years later. She first played an uncredited part in 1970's soap drama All My Children, and later was cast in an teen drama for NBC Prime-Time Malibu Shores. Late in 1996, she was in the role in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999she began to pursue her own film career, playing The psychotic Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd.
